You apply before you book, movement is adapted to your level, downtime is protected, and connection is never manufactured. The group is intentionally small so you can be known without being put on the spot.

Your private room, meals, guided movement, private tours, planned transportation, and restorative experience at The Spa at Séc-he are included. Arrive after 2:00 PM on January 2. We begin with a welcome dinner that evening. Departure follows a farewell brunch on January 7.
